How do I place an order with Geographia Maps?
We have worked hard to ensure our Geographia Maps online shop is easy to navigate through and organized clearly. To complete a purchase, click on the Proceed to Checkout button located on the Shopping Cart page.
You can checkout as a guest, log in to your account if you’ve purchased before, or create a new account if you’re shopping here for the first time. Then fill out your billing, shipping, and credit card information and submit your order. Please be sure that your cookies are enabled.
Who should I contact for Online Store related questions?
Product related questions can be answered by referring to the Product Description section of the individual product page. Please use the search box in the upper right to find a product you are looking for. Click on a product to find detailed product information.

Can I add something to my order that I just placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify an existing online order once it has been placed and processed through the system. If you need to order additional items, you may place a new order at www.geographiamaps.com.

How do I place a tax-exempt order?
You can place your order online, and then send us your tax exempt certificate via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your online order number with the certificate so that our Orders Department can apply the correct discount to the correct order number.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Every order will have different expected arrival dates based on how and where the item is being shipped, and the shipping method selected.
For the most up to date tracking on your order please refer to the Order Confirmation email that was emailed to you. If you are a registered user you may also log in to your account on our website and then select the “My Orders” tab to see order status and details of any past order you have placed, or navigate to our Order Tracking Page.
I cannot find a map I’m looking for, what should I do?
The newest map editions we currently offer are those on our website. If a map you are searching for is not in our store website, then unfortunately this is likely no longer available form us. We apologize for any inconvenience. However, please continue to check the site to see if newer/updated versions are available, or feel free to contact us via email at email@example.com.
I received a Failed Authorization Transaction error during checkout; what does that mean?
If you received an error message due to a Failed Authorization Transaction during the checkout process, your credit card information was either incomplete or contained invalid data.
Failed Authorization Transactions tend to occur when credit card information is incomplete due to an incorrect billing address, zip code, and/or security code.
Please note: This is not an actual charge from Geographia Maps and should drop off your credit card within a few business days depending on how your bank processes such charges.

The Geographia Maps online store currently accepts orders and will ship to the United States and Canada. Some exclusions apply. See product details for exclusions.
All pricing and delivery charges are in U.S. dollars. All merchandise is shipped via United Postal Service (UPS) from our point of shipment in New Jersey in the United States.
Bulk or oversize orders shipping to international addresses (Canada) are subject to additional shipping and handling fees that will be determined upon ordering. A Geographia Maps Store representative will contact you via phone or email with your shipping options should your order be subject to these additional charges. Please contact us if you’d like a shipping estimate on all oversize or bulk shipments to international addresses.
How long does it take for my order to ship once it is placed?
We process orders Monday through Friday. In most parts of the United States, that means you’ll receive your order within 10 working days for products displaying “Usually ships in 1-2 days.” If your order is shipping to Canada you should receive it within 1-6 weeks of placement if shipping via Standard or Ground shipping. To receive your order more quickly, choose the Worldwide Express shipping option when you place your order.
Orders with several items might not always be shipped in the same box. Please check the packing slip for items included in your shipment. If you have questions on an order you placed please include your order number in your communication to Geographia Maps so we are able to assist you as quickly as possible.
My order was returned to your warehouse after UPS tried to deliver it three times. What now?
If your order is returned to our Distribution Center for some reason then a refund will be applied to your credit card account within 4-6 weeks from the date that we receive the returned package.

What is your return policy?
Because your satisfaction is important to us, we’ve made our return policy simple. You may return items bought from Geographia Maps for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product and associated tax, unless otherwise noted below. We’ll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
If there is no error in your order, please understand you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.
Return guidelines for specific products
All items to be returned must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original and 100% re-sellable condition.
Prior to returning any products, please contact Geographia Maps at 800-416-4331 / 201-488-4411 and provide the following:
– Your Order number
– Your Customer Name
Geographia Maps is unable to accept returns or process refunds in the following instances:
– Items arrive at Geographia Maps damaged due to improper return packaging
– Items that are returned to Geographia Maps that are not pre-authorized

After we receive your return, we will post a refund to the original credit card that was used to place your Order. This may take up to 4-6 weeks. Refunds for gift items will be issued to the gift giver.
Geographia Maps is not responsible for items lost in transit if you choose a shipping method that cannot be verified.

Has my credit for a return been processed?
